When I was a working student, I worked under Erin Brinkman, who has had a huge impact on my riding. At the time, I worked at Valhalla for 2 years. Now I have returned to work as the assistant trainer to Iris Eppinger. It is a fantastic opportunity for me to focus on my riding and teaching. Iris has been so positive and supportive to me, and says that I am riding like an FEI rider! I have several horses in full time training with me, have the opportunity to help Iris train some amazing horses (from green to Grand Prix!) as well as help as Cassel Rock Trakehners when time and energy allow. I also assist in teaching lessons to the working students. I have been very, very busy, and will soon be in need of a working student myself!
Pictured here is Faithkeeper, Trakehner mare owned, bred, and trained by Jean Brinkman. I have the amazing opportunity to show this mare in order to achieve my USDF Bronze, and begin on my silver. Iris has been instrumental in helping me bring her back into work after her having almost a year and a half off. It has been a lot of fun to work with her, and she has taught me a lot in a short amount of time.
I will continue to teach in the Tallahassee area about once per month. Check the website or check in with me for dates and location! I also have room for a couple more training horses!
